Radon Testing Program

Radon is a colorless, odorless gas that can enter homes from the ground and build up indoors. High levels of radon can increase the risk of lung cancer, and testing is the only way to know if radon is present.

The Environmental Programs office offers radon testing at no cost for tribal citizens living within the Cherokee Nation Reservation to help families better understand the air in their homes and take steps toward a healthier living environment.

To request testing please complete the application below or contact us.
